To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

This is easy, just enter the email address or phone number used to make the order and your order number in the fields above and click Start! You then need to follow the instructions provided and select the items you want to return. We will get back to you with a confirmation email and shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 15 days of receipt of your shipment, but the footwear must be unworn and in their original undamaged box. £2 will be deducted from all items returned for a refund if not returned in original undamaged box.

 

Are there any charges for return?

Yes, the return charge is £3 and will be deducted from the value returning. Alternatively, you can arrange return postage yourself, but original shipping charges are non-refundable. We will not be able to provide a refund for any postage costs incurred when returning the item back to us, or original postage costs when the order was made.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is back at our warehouse, we will inspect it and let you know if there are any issues. If everything is all good, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 15 working days of receipt and inspection. We will send you an email once the refund has been made.
